Here in Maryland we have just begun to have freezing weather; the grass is still green, and only the recent cold snap hardened the mud from last week's heavy rains. As the year ends, your words and images move me into the dormant time.

wonderful to hear these comments - this was such a spare posting - so much white space (so much snow ) - yet once again the process of "getting on the page" softened and opened my pulled in heart. Heading into this essential time of year, so close and deep . . . feeling heard by each of you.
